Michael Jones Commercial used all their experience and expertise to conclude the sale of Equipe House on the Martello Enterprise Centre, Littlehampton in June.
The 12,500 sq ft. office/warehouse premises had been marketed for an extensive period by a Worthing agent without success but after being instructed to market the property, the Commercial team dealt with a challenging sale and partial leaseback and managed to negotiate a competitive situation whereby the asking price was exceeded by £30,000.
This deal means that Michael Jones Commercial have now completed on over 10,000 sq. ft. of space at the Martello Enterprise Estate within the last six months.
