Innovation Birmingham Campus-based digital lettings and property management provider, brightLET, has expanded into the commercial property market following a successful year for the company.

A cloud based lettings and property management platform that connects landlords directly with tenants, brightLET provides a 360-degree service which enables users to advertise, find a property, communicate and manage tenancies online without using a third party.

The new commercial solution will provide multi user access, enabling landlords to streamline their service, reduce management costs and keep all relevant tenancy information in one secure, online location which is quickly and easily accessible.

Shana Owen, Chief Executive Officer at brightLET, said: “’For a company in its early stages, I am really pleased with our development. The team have worked extremely hard on developing new features to ensure our offering remains unique and innovative. This is only the beginning, our strategic vision will come to fruition over the next 18 months and I look forward to watching our team continue to go from strength-to-strength.”
