Grade II* Listed Town Centre office building now fully let

Cooper Green Pooks Commercial Property Consultants of Shrewsbury report a run of recent lettings at 5 Swan Hill Court, Shrewsbury, an imposing late C18th four storey Grade II* Listed building situated within Shrewsbury Town Centre Conservation Area.

Both suites have been let on new six year leases. The ground floor of the property was let recently to Remote New Media, a marketing and PR consultancy.
