db symmetry and British Airways say “Hello” to HelloFresh at Central M40

The new high quality 237,000 sq ft warehouse building at Central M40 Banbury has been let to rapidly growing international food delivery company, HelloFresh.

As well as the UK, HelloFresh has operations in mainland Europe and the United States of America.  To help facilitate their UK expansion, HelloFresh will be taking occupation of the new building, which completed at the end of 2015, this summer.

With excellent access to the fast moving M40 motorway, the location is ideally suited for HelloFresh to serve the South East and Midlands markets. HelloFresh will use the facility for assembly of fresh food packages, enabling quick delivery to their customers to maximise the freshness and therefore quality of their product.

HelloFresh joins Prodrive Motorsport at Central M40 which took possession of a new headquarters manufacturing facility in the adjacent building last year. Both buildings benefit from direct prominence to the M40 motorway providing high visibility to the 600,000 vehicles passing the site each week.

Cushman & Wakefield represented Hellofresh. Colliers International, CBRE and White Commercial Chartered Surveyors represented db symmetry and British Airways Pension Trustees Ltd.

Further development opportunities are available at Central M40, from 75,000-510,000 sq ft. Services are in place and detailed planning consent has been obtained enabling fast track delivery of the remaining buildings.
