Bridge Church relocate to St Ives industrial estate

Acting on behalf of Linx Printing Technologies, Barker Storey Matthews Huntingdon office has negotiated the sale of Unit 3 Burrel Road in St Ives to The Bridge Church who are relocating from their current premises in St Ives.

The church required larger accommodation and having secured planning consent for a change of use from the former light industrial classification to a church premises, intend to start their fit out shortly with a view to taking occupation in the summer.

The building comprises approximately 9,500 sq ft of industrial floor space and a first floor mezzanine of 1,120 sq ft and is situated on a large plot which could provide space for future expansion or additional parking.
