Pin Property has just completed the refurbishment of nearly 60,000 sq ft of industrial units it purchased from Caisson in November 2015. Units 55 to 58 Brindley Rd (46,225 sq ft) and unit 35 Arkwright Road (12,510 sq ft) on the Astmoor Industrial Estate have been comprehensively refurbished with bright new external cladding, high quality internal offices and large concrete yards. Also on display were Pin’s 2 remaining units on Manor Park, 6 & 8 Christleton Court, which were also completed recently.

At a launch event this week, attended by North West Industrial agents and Council officials, David Parr, Chief Executive of Halton Borough Council said “ Pin have done a great job in Halton over the years so we are happy to show our support”. Retained agents on the scheme are Altus Eileen Bilton, BE group and B8RE all of whom are also based locally.

Commercial and Marketing Director Imran Younus commented “Astmoors’ proximity to the new Mersey Gateway and its status as Business Improvement District means it is an ideal location for companies looking to locate to the North West”.
