Sanderson Weatherall boosts Yorkshire agency team with appointment of Tom Goode

Tom Goode has joined Sanderson Weatherall's agency team

Leeds-based chartered surveyor and property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has strengthened its Yorkshire agency department with the appointment of Tom Goode as surveyor.

Tom joined Sanderson Weatherall in 2011 before going on to complete a post graduate conversion degree and gain RICS accreditation. Since 2012 he has held the post of surveyor in the corporate recovery department providing recommendations for recovery strategies to major lending intuitions together with property management, valuation advice and disposals.

In his new role within the firm Tom will work in the office and industrial agency team with particular focus on instructions for the disposal of freehold and leasehold interests together with acquisition work.
