New home for homewear firm at Frome’s Commerce Park

Leading homewear company Cox & Cox has taken more space at Frome’s popular Commerce Park.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the letting of Unit L9 on Marshall Way at the New Enterprise Zone to the firm on a six-year lease for the quoting leasehold rent of £11,000 per annum

Myddelton & Major Senior Surveyor Rachael Ward said: “I am pleased that we have been able to facilitate the expansion of such an established business as Cox & Cox in Frome.

“The company – headquartered at Commerce Park – has, since 2001, been offering a handpicked collection of homeware products unavailable in traditional catalogues, from lighting and rugs, to attractive storage and decorative accessories.

“Commerce Park is proving extremely popular, with established businesses there including Premier Inn, Primavera Aromatherapy, Acheson & Acheson, Imperial Commercials and SRCL.”

Located on the A361 (Frome by-pass) midway between the M4, M5 and A303 corridors and close to the junction of the A36 and A361, the park is 14 miles south of Bath.

The units comprise industrial/warehouse accommodation of blockwork and steel profile clad elevations. The units each have a mezzanine floor and a minimum eaves height of 5.1 metres. Each unit has three allocated parking spaces.

Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2015 for the fourth year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online magazine of the UK commercial property industry.
