Colliers International has been appointed as joint letting agents at Eleven Brindleyplace in Birmingham, on behalf Cube Real Estate, the asset manager for the building.
The building, which offers suites from 1,000 sq ft to whole floors of 8,645 sq ft, is home to Global Radio, Capita and Colliers International.
The BREEAM ‘Excellent’ office building is set in the heart of Birmingham’s Brindleyplace office and leisure development. There is currently 40,000 sq ft available to let at Eleven Brindleyplace. Facilities include a double height fully manned reception, health club style locker room with shower and changing facilities, secure cycle storage facilities in the basement, secure basement car parking spaces and fast track access to broadband through a Metronet connection.
On the new instruction, Matt Long, Director, National Offices, Colliers International in Birmingham, said: “We understand the benefits of Eleven Brindleyplace as a prime business destination for Birmingham, not least because we have chosen the building as the base for our Midlands office. Having originally taken c. 5,000 sq ft for 50 staff, the flexible floorplates have allowed us to continue to expand the Midlands office to a whole floor of 8,648 sq ft, housing approximately 110 people.”
