Helping Hands opens new Gloucester office at Ambrose House

Helping Hands, one of the UK’s largest providers of live-in care, has continued its expansion by launching a new Gloucester office at Ambrose House, Barnwood in Gloucester to increase coverage of its services and allow for further team expansion.

The transaction was negotiated by property consultants Alder King on behalf of Castle Mound Estates.

Helping Hands, which was represented by Bruton Knowles, has taken the first floor of Unit 2 Ambrose House on Meteor Court on a new five year lease.  The 1,015 sq ft suite provides good quality accommodation in a popular out of town office location with a good parking ratio.

John Hawkins, associate at Alder King’s Gloucester office, commented: “This unit provides value for money office accommodation with good car parking and road links to both the city centre and the motorway.  Ease of access to the road network was a particularly important consideration for Helping Hands to facilitate easy journeys for staff travelling to clients’ homes across Gloucestershire to provide care services.”
