Stiles Harold Williams announces 2016 promotions

Stiles Harold Williams promotions this year have seen two new Directors appointed to the firm as well as a crop of new Associates and other appointments.

Building Surveyor Rob Lay of the Croydon office will become a Director as of April 1st, as will Paul Farrell, a London Property Manager.

Three more Property Managers have been awarded Associate position – Samuel Kamara (Croydon), Malgorzata Burkiewicz (Brighton), and Alex Bargioni (Eastbourne).

London Building Surveyor Julie McMahon has also been made a Senior Surveyor, as has Rachel Finn (Professional, Crawley) and Josh Roger (BCD, Brighton).

SHW are also pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Carson as the New Head of the Brighton Building Consultancy team with effect from April 1st.

Ryan is responsible for managing the provision of Building Surveying services to key clients including Aberdeen Asset Management, Freshwater Property Management, Grange Management and Store Property Investments.

Within the last five years Ryan has effectively project managed a variety of commercial schemes in the city and surrounding areas, as well as successfully negotiating a number of dilapidation claims.

Russell Markham, Head of SHW Building Consultancy Division said: “Ryan has been an invaluable member of the team for 11 years. This opportunity will permit further growth within the team providing expansion of services across the city.”
