TeamJobs strengthens its position in Bournemouth

Specialist recruitment company TeamJobs was crowned Company of the Year 2015 at the Dorset Business Awards.

It handles a range of positions from short term, unskilled roles to highly skilled permanent roles from its headquarters at 30 Parkstone Road in Poole.

But from February its Commercial Division is operating from new offices in Hinton Road, Bournemouth, a move, which according to Managing Director Jason Gault, makes perfect sense for the company and its clients:

“While Poole is home to a high volume of engineering and manufacturing business, Bournemouth has witnessed a huge expansion in digital and technology based industry,” he explained.

“Large businesses are moving in and we have won some substantial new clients who told us they want us on their doorstep. So that’s what we’ve done and we’re already seeing the benefits.”

The Commercial Division sources a wide range of candidates from administration and customer service roles, to marketing, web development, telecoms and highly skilled HR, sales and account management professionals.

It also offers a bespoke, senior executive headhunting service.

The Commercial division has joined TeamJobs’ Hospitality division in the new Bournemouth office.

Hospitality moved over from Poole last summer and has already won some big clients including Hilton, BH Live and AFC Bournemouth.

Jason said: “I’m also very pleased to welcome a new member to the commercial team, Charlie Poole, who is leading on sales and telesales.

“Charlie is originally from Essex and trained in sports journalism before entering recruitment. He has great enthusiasm and I’m sure he will be a great asset to TeamJobs.

“Unfortunately he is also a Leyton Orient Football Club fan, but we are not holding that against him as we’re sure he’ll soon be following the Cherries.”

Charlie said: “I am delighted to working for TeamJobs. They have such a good reputation in the local area and now we are in Bournemouth I think the opportunities are endless.”
