Four new appointments have been made to JLL’s 17 strong Asset Management Team – now one of the largest in the city servicing high profile clients including L&G and AEW Real Estate Investment Services.

New director, Lisa Paterson, joins the team from Savills in London with Ruth Dickin, senior surveyor and Sam Carney, assistant surveyor joining from GVA, Birmingham and Robert Boyd assistant surveyor joining from Paragon.

After a stellar year for property deals in the Midlands, the Asset Management team has enjoyed a record year helping clients with new purchases such as L&G’s One Colmore Square, and getting the best from their existing investments.

Rachel Andrew, lead director for the Asset Management team in Birmingham said: “The office and industrial markets have been particularly buoyant this year as more deals are being done and clients are much more active.

“There has been a particular focus on sustainability and getting best value in services at our managed properties for the benefit of both the landlord and the occupier in terms of energy and workplace efficiency. At JLL we have been testing and investing in a number of innovative new tools and systems to keep ahead of the competition and our experienced and enthusiastic new team members are all integral to our investment in ensuring we provide best service for our clients.”
