National property consultancy Bruton Knowles has expanded its Cardiff office with the recruitment of the five-strong land development and professional team from the Cardiff office of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Headed up by Mike Rees, formerly a director at BNP Paribas Real Estate, the five-strong team will join Bruton Knowles to further expand the firm’s provision of land development and professional services, particularly for the social housing sector, across the UK. The team joins with a reputation as one of the UK’s market leaders in development consultancy and agency services for the healthcare market, as well as valuation and consultancy for the growth area of social housing.
Prior to his role with BNP Paribas Real Estate, Mike Rees was a partner at Chesterton dealing with a number of the major urban extensions to Bristol in the 1980’s and 1990’s, and opened the firm’s Cardiff office in 1991. Mike, who will join Bruton Knowles as a partner, is assisted by Nick Worman, a former associate director at BNP Paribas Real Estate, who will become an associate at Bruton Knowles. In addition surveyors Lisa Roberts and Caroline Jones, and team administrator Melanie Aust join the Bruton Knowles Cardiff team.
