Major business park site is open for business

National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and FHP Property Consultants  have been appointed as joint letting agents by St Modwen for a key commercial site in Nottingham.

Bestwood Business Park is five miles north of Nottingham centre and three miles from Junction Six of the M1. Other major tenants on the site include Corus and Salvus Environmental.

The business park was acquired by St Modwen along with adjacent land which was sold for residential development. St Modwen retained the commercial premises to provide a mix of warehousing, workshops, offices and external compounds.

Current availability includes a 24,000 sq ft warehouse/workshop with a secure two-acre yard, gantry cranes and integral office accommodation, office suites from 1,000 sq ft and external storage compounds of upwards of half an acre.
