Bilfinger GVA has been successfully appointed to the National Procurement Service for Wales for Estates Professional Services.
The National Procurement Service (NPS), hosted by Welsh Government, represents over 73 public sector organisations in Wales, including local authorities, health services, higher and further education providers and the emergency services.
Appointment to the Estates Professional Services panel means that members of the NPS have access to Bilfinger GVA’s range of public sector services across all aspects of commercial property, such as acquisitions and disposals, valuation and rating support services, planning and development advice, property management consultancy, lease renewals/breaks and rent reviews, and advice in respect of dilapidations and rights of light.
Bilfinger GVA Director Steve Gibbon leads the Cardiff consultancy’s appointment to the panel. He says, “We are delighted to be invited to join this framework. We have a well-established track record in advising public sector organisations in Wales and the UK across a range of specialist property services providing cost effective and innovative solutions, which we look forward to bringing to member organisations over coming months.”
Bilfinger GVA’s appointment runs for four years.
