Parking and accessibility tick the boxes for transport charity

Bruton Knowles has let a ground floor office suite on the popular Briarlands Office Park near Thornbury to well-known local charity Four Towns and Vale Link Community Transport.

Bristol Head of Agency Paul Williams said: “Our clients occupy Unit 9 Pinkers Court, but due to changing business needs they no longer required the whole building and wanted to sub-let out one floor.

“We were originally marketing the first floor, but the tenants needed to be on the ground floor so an agreement was reached for our clients to move upstairs instead. Both floors offer modern open plan accommodation with air-conditioning, and the first floor enjoys a pleasant view out across green fields.”

“Four Towns and Vale Link had a particular requirement for on-site parking and good accessibility, and Briarlands Office park certainly ticks both of those boxes.”

Briarlands Office Park is located on the A38 around three miles north of the M4/M5 interchange, and the ground floor suite of 1,600 sq ft comes with the benefit of five designated parking spaces plus ample visitor parking available on the site.

Located just a mile from Thornbury town centre, Briarlands Office Park  was developed 10 years ago has been successful in attracting businesses who are seeking high quality and flexible modern office space which is well located, but in a rural setting.

Bruton Knowles are also now instructed to find a tenant for the first floor suite which offers a further 1,636 sq ft.
