The voters of the annual Surrey Property Awards chose commercial property specialist Vail Williams as their Best Professional Property Services Company of 2015.

Vail Williams was announced as the category winner at a black tie ceremony presented by TV sports commentator John Inverdale at G-Live, Guildford.

The silverware for Best Professional Property Services Company went to Vail Williams after the company topped an online poll among the public, clients and property professionals.  Vail Williams has eight offices, with its Guildford, London and Crawley regional experts all working on projects in the area.

The award, which is considered to be the most respected awards event outside of London, recognises the quality of Vail Williams’ work for clients across its disciplines, which include planning and development consultancy, valuation, property searches, acquisition and disposal, asset management and Corporate Real Estate advice.

James Lacey, Vail Williams Partner, said: “It’s fantastic to have our local team recognised with an award, but to be voted the winner by the public, clients and fellow property professionals is especially encouraging. This is the second year we have won the award, with competition much stronger than last year.  We’re very grateful to our supporters.

“We work very hard to make our years of expertise, knowledge and experience pay off for our clients, helping their property dealings give them that business edge. We’re going to maintain the standard of service that won us this award.  I was also honored to be runner up on the category of Best Property Professional, 2015 given the talent in the Property Industry in the Region.  We continue to go from strength to strength and we very much enjoy our relationships with fellow winners, professionals and clients.”

The Surrey Property Awards are run to highlight best practice in all aspects of the property industry. Unlike other awards, the winners are not chosen by a panel of judges, but by members of the public, clients and in some cases other property professionals.
