Premiere Products relocates customer-facing operation to Tewkesbury offices

Cheltenham cleaning chemical manufacturer Premiere Products, which was acquired by aerosol and consumer chemical producer James Briggs Ltd after going into administration earlier this year, has agreed terms with property consultants Alder King for new office premises in Tewkesbury.

The move to Unit 6 Miller Court in Tewkesbury follows the relocation of its manufacturing and production planning operation from its Bouncers Lane site to Manchester in July.  The customer service, sales and training centre have since been relocated to Miller Court.

Premiere Products signed a new five year lease on the two storey semi-detached office building which provides 2,250 sq ft of modern self-contained accommodation as well as nine car parking spaces.

John Hawkins, associate at Alder King’s Gloucester office, said: “Miller Court lies within the heart of Tewkesbury Business Park with excellent transport links.  Importantly for the staff, it is close to their previous site on Bouncers Lane.”

Alder King and Nick Bevan acted for the landlord M7 Real Estate, while Premiere Products was unrepresented.
