Thornley Kelham Ltd move to larger premises to accommodate continuing growth

Acting on behalf of the landlords GB Contracts Ltd, Alder King Property Consultants, in conjunction with Joint Agents Whitmarsh Lockhart, has let Drake House, on Lakeside Business Park, South Cerney to Thornley Kelham Ltd (formerly The Vintage & Classic Paintshop Ltd) on a new five year lease.
 
The Vintage & Classic Paintshop started as a small team of experienced and passionate enthusiasts working solely on the restoration and preservation of classic and vintage, road and race cars occupying one unit on the estate. Since their establishment in 2009 they have re-launched as, Thornley Kelham Ltd and moved to larger premises.
 
To accommodate the company’s continuing growth, Thornley Kelham Ltd has now rationalised their operation by relocating from the small units to Drake House, which offers 18,358 sq ft (1,705.5 sq m), including 18 parking spaces.
