LSH & CPP team up to market large warehouse on successful Staffordshire estate

A modern warehouse on an established business and distribution estate in Staffordshire is being marketed by leading property consultants Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and Commercial Property Partners (CPP).

The 92,672 sq ft detached warehouse with integral two-storey office accommodation is located on Centrum 100, Burton-on-Trent, a successful estate that has number of key occupiers, including Boots, DHL, Clipper Logistics and Palletforce.

LSH has been appointed as joint agent with Commercial Property Partners by Helical to market the property, which will be available for occupation in January 2016.
