More activity at Pentagon House

It may not be The Pentagon in Virginia, but just as well known locally in Derby, Pentagon House is a landmark office building originally built as a headquarters for Williams Holdings, complete with viewing balconies and chauffeurs garage. The building was substantially refurbished around four years ago and offers first class accommodation with super-fast broadband and generous parking.

FHP Property Consultants have now concluded a letting of ground and first floor suites totalling 12,000 sq ft by way of a sub-lease to Signalling Solutions Limited (SSL) – who are relocating within the city. Tim Richardson from FHP comments: “SSL were looking for modern space within Derby and identified the premises as being potentially suitable for their needs. The accommodation provides modern air conditioned space with super-fast broadband and an excellent parking provision. All parties worked together to achieve completion of the sub-lease within a tight timescale.”

Billy Unadkat, FD for Signalling Solutions Limited, adds: “We were looking to relocate to a more modern and pleasant working environment and the extensive fit out previously undertaken by both the landlords and Balfour Beatty made the property particularly appealing.”

Signalling Solutions Limited, an ALSTOM company, are the market leader in offering train controlled solutions to meet customer requirements for design, installation, testing, commissioning and product support for signaling, power and telecommunications applications in the UK.
