Furniture retailer DFS Trading has leased a warehouse in Avonmouth, near Bristol.
The company has taken a 10 year lease on the 42,000 sq ft Unit D at the Nova Centre in Avonmouth at an annual rental of £155,000. Landlord UBS Asset Management was advised in the transaction by Knight Frank, and Savills represented the tenant.
Russell Crofts, who heads Knight Frank’s industrial agency team in Bristol, said: “The arrival of DFS further strengthens an impressive list of tenants at the Nova Centre. Furniture retailer Contemporary Oak Furniture also has warehouse facilities in the centre.
“The Nova Centre is now fully let.”
