Aberdeen Asset Management dispose of Vanbrugh and Jellicoe House, Southampton to Northwood

Knight Frank Capital Markets team has completed the freehold sale of Vanbrugh and Jellicoe House, Botleigh Grange Business Park, Southampton on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management for a purchase price of £9 million, to Northwood, reflecting a net initial yield of 9.02%.

The two multi let buildings comprise a total of 53,512 sq ft of office accommodation, off a passing rent of £858,795 per annum, and weighted term certain of approximately two years.
