Elliot Evans has joined the Cardiff office of commercial property consultant Knight Frank as a graduate surveyor in the office and industrial agency team.
After achieving a first class honours degree in law at Swansea University, Elliot gained a MSc in real estate management at the University of West of England in Bristol. He said: “I looked at all the top commercial property firms in South Wales but Knight Frank stood out for its great reputation.”
Elliot will work in a Knight Frank agency team which handles many of the most significant office and industrial property transactions in the region.
Knight Frank Cardiff head of office Matt Phillips said: “Elliot becomes the third graduate we have taken on in the last 12 months in Cardiff office – the highest number we have ever had at any one time. We are enjoying an extremely busy year and the current high number of graduates reflects the Knight Frank philosophy of developing its own people wherever possible.”
