New occupier confirmed for Maxim Office Park

Maxim Office Park, Eurocentral has announced it has secured another new occupier for its Maxim 3 building.

IT company Proact UK has acquired a 3,000 sq ft suite at the popular building and will move in immediately.  The expanding firm has taken the suite on a short term lease with a view to moving into larger premises, extending to 4,700 sq ft, in Maxim 3 on a five year lease.

Proact, which has six offices in the UK, is Europe’s leading independent storage integrator and cloud services enabler. Operating since 1994, the business helps organisation across the globe reduce risk, reduce cost and deliver flexible, available and highly secure IT services.

Maxim 3 provides a flexible range of open and sub-divisible floors with office suites from 2,000 sq ft. Located at the heart of the Park, Maxim 3 also features a unique mix of retail and leisure facilities. The building is situated close to the main entrance and rests among beautiful ponds, promenades and a feature waterfall.
