Two deals concluded at Kimbolton

Acting on behalf of Grovemere Property Ltd, Barker Storey Matthews Huntingdon office has let unit P2 Grovemere Court at Kimbolton’s Bicton Industrial Estate to HHW Exhibition Systems Ltd.

The premises comprise a 1,588 sq. ft., modern, mid-terrace workshop/warehouse unit within the popular Bicton Industrial Estate in Kimbolton; a large village located approximately 8 miles north-west of St Neots. The unit is predominantly open planned workshop space with a small office facility and WC, however additional office space could be added if required.

HHW Exhibition Systems Ltd, who leased the property as part of their expansion plans, are involved in the manufacturing of modular raised floor, wall and ceiling systems.

The unit was on the market for £115,000 and presented the ideal opportunity for a small to medium sized business to purchase a freehold property within the area.

The new owners of the unit; Hofmann Megaplan UK Ltd are a leading supplier of garage and tyre fitting equipment and required the larger premises due to their continuous business expansion.
