Prominent Bristol city centre office building now fully occupied

Two new office lettings have been secured at 10 – 22 Victoria Street and the building is now fully occupied.

10-22 Victoria Street is a prominent high profile office building located adjacent to the mixed use development site of Finzels Reach and close to Bristol Bridge.  The building has been constructed behind an attractive Grade II listed façade and provides 47,031 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation on 5 floors.

The Shaw Trust, UK’s largest third sector provider of employment services for disabled and disadvantaged people has agreed to take a new 10 year lease on the entire 3rd floor, totalling 11,190 sq ft.

The Trust is joined by Places For People Homes Ltd, one of UK’s largest property and leisure management and regeneration companies, who are moving into an 8,040 sq ft suite located on the 4th floor, on a new 10 year lease.  Both will paying in excess of £18.00 per sq ft.
