RMW Knight have sold Telford House, Clarence Street, Yeovil on behalf of The Berkeley Leisure Group Ltd to Porter Dodson solicitors. The property comprised a town centre freehold office building of 7,333 sq ft plus basement and with parking for approximately 22 cars. The asking price was £500,000. Porter Dodson purchased the property having outgrown their three existing offices in Church Street, and the property will now be refurbished by April 2016 to offer better facilities and a modern working environment.

The property comprises a refurbished modern mid terraced industrial unit of 1,030 sq ft plus a mezzanine with 2 allocated parking spaces. The asking rent was £7,500 per annum, exclusive.
