Property consultants Alder King have secured Bristol’s largest office deal so far this year after a Bristol-based financial company represented by Hootons Commercial invested in new accommodation for its UK head office.
The global financial software specialist has let 22,509 sq ft of space at Nibley Court on Westerleigh Business Park in Yate, allowing it to consolidate its UK head office operations into one building, whilst allowing for future expansion and provides a quality working environment for staff.
Tom Dugay of Alder King’s office agency team said: “Demand for quality office accommodation in both the city centre and out of town markets continues yet there is a shortage of quality accommodation of this size in the North Bristol area.
“Nibley Court provides good quality office space and offers the new occupier the best long-term solution to its accommodation requirement.”
Alder King acted for the landlord Halbadier Ltd while the occupier was represented by Hootons Commercial.
