Ian Clark has joined Birmingham-based quoted property group Real Estate Investors as Senior Asset Manager.
Mr Clark has worked at Brindleyplace for 11 years, initially with GVA and then with Argent.
He has been involved in a number of high profile lettings, lease re-gears and rent reviews.
And he was also responsible for the sale of eight Brindleyplace buildings to Hines Global REIT and Moorfield in July 2010 for £190 million – the largest single acquisition outside London.

Mr Clark said: “Having spent so long at Brindleyplace and had a fantastic time working for Argent, it was time for me to look for a new challenge to use the experience gained with them.
“Paul has given me an opportunity to work with REI and build on the foundations created in the last few years. I am looking forward to it.”
