Bristol city centre office attracts three new occupiers

Joint agents Knight Frank and Billfinger GVA have completed three lease deals at the 25 Marsh Street office building in central Bristol.

Acting on behalf of owners Kennedy Wilson they have secured the letting of the part sixth floor suite of 1406 sq ft to ATA Recruitment, seventh floor of 3,324 sq ft office to Network Research, and the 8th floor to Hartley SAS extending to 3,332 sq ft, all on new on five-year leases.

25 Marsh Street is a nine storey purpose-built office building extending to approximately 36,222 sq. ft. with on-site car parking and open-plan office suites fitted to a high specification.

It was recently acquired by Kennedy Wilson as part of a property portfolio and the new owners are planning to invest in improving the building’s presence on Marsh Street and internally on improving common areas.
