NRB Properties, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has let space at Park House on Greyfriars Road, Cardiff to international property and construction consultancy Gleeds.
The consultancy has agreed to a new 10-year lease for office space totalling 3,200 sq ft (297 sq m) on part of the first floor.
Commenting on the relocation Simon Williams, Gleeds Director for Cardiff, says: “We are delighted to have secured the lease on our new office. This move will be instrumental in supporting our growth plan in Wales, and comes on the back of several recently secured high profile projects in Cardiff and the surrounding region.”
Gary Carver, director of business space at Savills Cardiff, adds: “Located within Cardiff city centre, Park House provides good quality office space in a central location, within easy walking distance of the retail areas and main public transport hubs. We have strong interest in the two remaining suites.”
