NG instructed to market new Carlton Hill development

NG Chartered Surveyors and joint agents FHP have been instructed to market a new retail unit with offices at the popular Carlton Hill shopping area in Nottingham.

The property is currently under construction, due for completion in March 2012. Once finished it will offer 3,600sq ft of retail space on the ground floor and 3,500sq ft of office space on the first floor.

Amy D’Hooghe, from NG Chartered Surveyors, said: “The property is on a prominent corner location in the heart of the Carlton Hill Shopping Centre close to Tesco Express, Iceland and Specsavers.

“To the first floor, the new office space will be self-contained with private access from Cornhill Road. It is currently open plan, but it can be sub-divided into self-contained suites if required.

“On the ground floor, the retail unit has full height display windows onto Carlton Hill and Cornhill Road with additional storage also available. The retail unit can also be sub-divided to suit individual occupier’s requirements.”

The development also benefits from on-site parking facilities for up to 10 vehicles.
