New occupier at Liverpool Innovation Park

CBRE’s Liverpool office has secured a letting within the newly transformed Liverpool Innovation Park, to Liverpool Community Health who has taken 9,500 sq ft of office accommodation on a 10 year lease.

This latest deal follows a series of lettings, most recently the trio of deals to Redbridge Product & Flowers, Jonathan Ford & Co and Hyperion Executive Search, and confirms that all of the ground floor areas within the main buildings at Liverpool Innovation Park are now fully occupied. Further office space of flexible all-inclusive small suites of 110 sq ft up to 1,000 sq ft and a range of offices up to 23, 000 sq ft are available at the 22 acre, 298,000 sq ft business park on Edge Lane, which is home to a host of successful businesses.

CBRE continues to work closely with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to ensure the park’s long-term success through effective management, investment and modernisation. Presently, the demolition project is underway and the creation of the new car park and access road will be completed within a month.

Liverpool Innovation Park provides over 50,000 sq ft of serviced office accommodation within a parkland setting with plentiful car parking and easy access to Wavertree Technology Park railway station.

David Tyson, Senior Surveyor of Asset Services at CBRE’s Liverpool Office, said;

“We are delighted to secure this letting within the new-look Liverpool Innovation Park to Liverpool Community Health. With the ongoing investment into the Park, we anticipate high interest in the remaining office space from both new and existing occupiers.”
