Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of 194 Lower Blandford Road, Broadstone to The Laptop Fixers Ltd, who will open the premises as a retail outlet. The Laptop Fixers already have two stores in Penn Hill & Parkstone.
The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 286 sq ft, with 114 sq ft of ancillary storage and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 10 years. The quoting rental was £12,000 pa ex.
