Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of Unit 3, Chesil House, Bournemouth to Atos IT Services UK Limited who will open the premises as a medical assessment centre.
The subject premises comprise a net internal area of 2,010 sq ft and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease, expiring 31st July 2017. The quoting rental was £30,000 pa ex.
