Goadsby makes new appointments

Adrian Carter, Director of Goadsby Property Management Department, is delighted to announce the appointment of three new staff members.

“Stephen Pearce and Nathan Haggar have been appointed as Management Assistants and will be embarking upon a training programme towards the AssocRICS qualification with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the world’s leading professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property and construction.

“In addition to these appointments we have also recruited Philip Marston, as a department manager.  Philip has over 25 years of property experience and is a Chartered Surveyor.  These strong additions to the team, will be needed as four new instructions have recently been won which will add 5% to the department’s fee turnover in the next 3 months and will involve managing in excess of 150 new units”.

Adrian Carter has also announced the appointment of Graham Horsley, who joins the Building Consultancy Department at the Southampton office.

“Graham has extensive experience in property and construction, having accumulated a broad range of experience during his career, which had even taken him to the Middle East where he worked on some quite large scale projects.

“Graham’s core area of experience is contract administration and he has been employed to service an increased demand in contract administration jobs, mostly for minor works such as decorating contracts and building repairs”.
