Acting on behalf of The Co-operative, property and planning consultants Rapleys has let a 3,229 sq ft (299.96 sq m) retail space at Noads Corner, Upper Bloomfield Rd, Bath to retailer High Seat Ltd (HSL).
The lock up shop was sublet to HSL for the remainder of the lease.

“Following the acquisition of new premises for The Co-operative further along Upper Bloomfield Rd, there has been significant public support for bringing their former unit back into use. Securing a tenant of HSL’s caliber will only benefit the local area.”
