Alexandra Industrial Estate, Cardiff reaches 97% occupation

Following a spate of recent lettings the Alexandra Industrial Estate in east Cardiff is now 97% let with only 1 small unit remaining of 1,200 sq.ft.

Marlborough-based Beeline Investments have recently benefitted from a turnaround in occupancy levels following recent lettings on the estate to Rentalspec, CR Services, and Paul Baker Construction.

A significant factor in the recent success of the estate, which has benefitted all of the tenants, has been the implementation of additional security measures. These include installation of new electrically operated access gates to the estate, on-site security checks, and 24 hours-a-day/7 days-a-week camera surveillance.

Following this investment and the series of new lettings this has resulted in the total number of tenants on the estate to 16, offering a range of services such as steel stockholding, specialist exhaust services, and general vehicle repairs.
