Humberts have recently agreed the sale of 160 East Reach, Taunton on behalf of their clients Plasterworks. The property had a prominent corner location at the top of East Reach close to the town centre. The property was available at a guide price of £169,950 for the freehold interest and has been sold to a dental practice.

The property has a prominent position on the A38 being Taunton’s ring road around the town centre and the property had to have a change of use from shop to dental practice under the planning regulations”.
