Lambert Smith Hampton grows its property and asset management team

National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed three new members for its property and asset management team in the East region.

Tracy Carpenter, Donna Cordner and Georgina Bifulco will work alongside Betsy Wong, Director – Property and Asset Management and Kelly Cartwright, Facilities Manager.

Tracy Carpenter joins as facilities manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties across the region. She brings with her almost 25 years’ experience in facilities management and has held roles with a number of well known organisations including Anglian Water, Jones Lang LaSalle and Bidwells. Prior to joining Lambert Smith Hampton, she managed the facilities at Granta Park in Cambridge.

Donna Cordner will hold the role of surveyor. She joins from Cross Keys Homes where she was commercial manager. Here she managed an investment portfolio as well as public service buildings and telecommunications site licences. In her role at Lambert Smith Hampton, Donna will be looking after the existing client portfolio whilst also exploring new opportunities to grow the business.

Supporting the team will be Georgina Bifulco as property administrator. Georgina joins from Mullucks Wells in Saffron Walden.

Betsy Wong commented: “I am delighted to welcome Tracy, Donna and Georgina on board. Their skills and experience are a real asset to the team and will strengthen Lambert Smith Hampton’s property and asset management offering. Lambert Smith Hampton’s commitment to strengthening its regional offering is evidenced by these three key appointments.”
