It enjoys a superb location, just one mile from junction 6 of the M6 and under two miles from junction 5, and also benefits from direct rail access.”

Andrew Cosnett, director at property agency BNP Paribas Real Estate, added: “Heartlands Park is situated in close proximity to the JLR Castle Bromwich plant and I have witnessed an increase in the already healthy level of interest as a consequence of this. The remaining available space includes a modern rail-connected bay which is attracting a lot of interest from the burgeoning rail distribution sector.”

Heartlands Park is a secure, managed site offering 24 hour access seven days a week. Most buildings can have multiple goods entrances and can be combined with other bays. Land for additional storage can also be made available if required.

The four remaining bays range from 21,000 sq ft to 37,329 sq ft.
