South Wales football team nets new coats courtesy of Acorn

A South Wales football team has had a winning season thanks to leading recruitment and training company Acorn.

Cromwell under 13s, a team based in Newport, were fully kitted out in brand new training penguin coats, after the award winning agency agreed to lend support.

Mark Rudge, Acorn’s Key Contracts Manager said: “It has been a privilege to be able to support Cromwell under 13s. The club has shown real strength of character over the season and we are thrilled to have been able to play a supporting role.

“Local teams such as Cromwell under 13s are imperative to helping develop young people’s confidence and their ability to work within a fully functioning team. We are looking forward to an exciting end to the season and seeing how the team has progressed.”

One of Cromwell under 13s Coaches, Darren Little said: “We are extremely grateful to Acorn; the sponsorship meant that as a team we were able to spend more of our precious time training and playing.

“We are incredibly proud of the team as they are committed to the club each other and we hope that we have repaid our sponsor’s support by our dedication this season.”
