Quick letting achieved

Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of Unit 22b Ryelands Industrial Estate, Bagley Road on the edge of Wellington.  The brand new industrial unit was completed at the end of December 2011 and the tenant took occupation straightaway. 

The end of terrace industrial unit had a gross internal area of 592.67 m2 (6,377 ft2) and included two up and over doors, kitchen and WC facilities.  To the front of the unit was a concrete yard with parking for approximately 10/12 vehicles.  The unit was available at a rent of £32,000 per annum.
