Building on solid foundations at Minton

A construction consultancy is building for the future with new premises at a Wiltshire business park.

JCP Engineers, a firm of consulting structural and civil engineers, has taken offices at Minton Distribution Centre through Myddelton & Major.

The company has taken suite one in the landmark Minton House at the entrance to the well-known park.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully negotiated the lease of offices – measuring 2,510 sq ft (233 sq m) – on an asking rent of £16,500 per annum.

Dean Speer, a partner at Myddelton & Major, said: “It is good to see an expanding Wiltshire company take space at this premier business park.

“This further demonstrates the growing strength of the economy and we are currently progressing a series of negotiations for the few remaining units in Minton House as occupancy levels rise across the park.

“Businesses are urged to contact us as soon as possible for more details about the remaining space available.”

JCP Engineers signed a five-year lease through Myddelton & Major.

Myddelton & Major is the sole letting agent on the Minton Distribution Park – a mixed use warehouse, industrial and office complex – for landlord the Minton Group.

The park is on the edge of Amesbury, next to the A303 and the Solstice Park junction.

Extending over 13.5 acres (5.5 hectares), the park is the former NAAFI headquarters.

The 13 companies on the park employ more than 150 people.
