Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have completed the letting of Basement, 2 Yelverton Road, Bournemouth to Mr Sean Streets who will use the premises as a recording studio.
The subject premises comprise a net internal area of 791 sq ft and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £7,500 pa ex.
