Strong demand for Solihull offices as The Courtyard secures 10,000 sq ft of lettings

Lettings totalling circa 10,000 sq ft have been secured at The Courtyard office development in Solihull town centre.

Located off Warwick Road in Solihull Town Centre, The Courtyard provides office accommodation across nine buildings, all of which have received a comprehensive refurbishment and offer a contemporary and desirable commercial location.

The full 5,081 sq ft at 8 The Courtyard, has been secured by Orbit (Underwriting Agency) Ltd, which has relocated from its previous premises on Warwick Road, Acocks Green, while the ground and first floors of 6 The Courtyard, totalling 1,185 sq ft, have been let to Ellis Hass and Co Solicitors.

A further 1,336 sq ft – representing part of the second floor at 1 The Courtyard – has been secured by Priestley Crowe LLP, with the balance of the floor being taken by Chronos Oil & Gas and 900 sq ft has been let to BSL Strategic Ltd at 2 The Courtyard.

Suites at The Courtyard are available from 900 sq ft, with self-contained buildings up to circa 10,000 sq ft.  Quoting rent at The Courtyard is £18.50 per sq ft inclusive of an enviable car parking ratio.
