Also joining the new look agency team is Gary Kong who joined the DTZ Graduate Programme in September 2014.

Paul Broad, Director at DTZ said: “As the Scottish market steadily improves we are seeing an increase in occupier demand for high quality space which is in turn leading to opportunities to win and service new clients. This, combined with DTZ’s beginning as an independent, privately owned global property services company following its recent sale, means it is a very exciting time to be leading the Glasgow agency and development team.”

In the last 24 months DTZ’s Glasgow office agency team has leased over 300,000 sq ft of city centre office space, surrendered 200,000 sq ft of occupier leases and been involved in 30% of all city centre take-up.
