Wiggins Lockett Thompson Chartered Surveyors are pleased to announce a further expansion to their firm in the West Midlands with Marcus Hayes joining their professional team this month. Marcus, who will be based dually in WLT’s Brierley Hill and Solihull offices, is appointed as the firms principle office specialist with many years’ experience in sourcing, developing and disposing office premises. Marcus acts for companies nationally but with a focus in the West Midlands.
Marcus, originally from Guernsey, lives in Sutton Coldfield with his wife and two children and when not playing squash or skiing or coaching others do to so, he is generally keeping himself active.
Marcus will be advising for Wiggins Lockett Thompson on all aspects of commercial office matters including streamlining occupiers portfolios, overseeing occupational strategy all while utilising experience gained whilst in private practice and from his time with Cushman & Wakefield and officebroker.com.
